Project Summary

R.S. Hughes is an industrial supplier that sold to both individual clients as well as large businesses. They had an issue with the majority of their clients making purchases through the phone, which lead to an extremely congested service. The main reason for this issue was that the website they had for their online store/homepage was extremely outdated and very confusing to navigate. Our goal was to redesign the website while maintaining current user needs and also fixes many pain-points had by customers. To do this, we gathered data and feedback from hundreds of customers and clients as well as focus groups.
